Refund Processing
In cases where a refund is approved by management (such as extreme weather road closures or villa technical issues), the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Mountain Advisory
As a boutique 8-room resort, cancellations significantly affect our operations. We do not offer refunds for standard mountain weather (rain/fog). Our Luxury Valley-View Suites are designed to provide a cozy experience regardless of the weather outside.
